Storm's Kiss
By Melissa, Sierra Youth Center

Love is a bliss,
Like a tender kiss
Soft as a winter's early mist
The touch of his lips drives me insane
Like a silent sound of a summer's rain
The thunder's roar
Is not a silent storm, the rain inside
Pours and pours
The lightening glides like an airplane
Through the sky
Kinda like a firefly
The drops I saw fallin' I now realize they
Weren't rain, they were tears you've cried
And the sadness and pain you've felt for me
I've felt for you but where will this end up
Are the questions in my eyes but in yours
You already know their destiny.
